Rene Rodriguez, immigrated to the United States from Chile in 1985 in search of better opportunities.  He navigated his way through the American workforce by working in the Fannie May Chocolate factory in Chicago.  In 1993, he was offered the opportunity to be a plumbing apprentice, which then led him to be a union plumber for 10 years with various companies. As his passion for plumbing grew, so did his desire to own his own company.  Partnering with his sister, Ruth Castro, to tackle the administrative aspect of the business in early 2005, they both embarked on the journey of creating Rocha Plumbing Incorporated.

In the early years, Rene was armed with a humble crew of plumbers and a group of contractors he had established great relationships with throughout the years.  Working from a home office, Ruth attended any and every informational she could to learn how to open a new business and attain the necessary licenses. Through trial and error she was able to set up Rocha Plumbing Inc. to grow, and although the recession of 2007 did bring hardships, they were able to weather the storm.

Now, set up with a capable office staff and site crew, Rocha Plumbing Inc. has established itself within the construction industry as a competitive and trustworthy company, eager and able to provide the service that Rene had envisioned from the beginning.
